Originally, I was planning on creating the reverse of this image by cutting a mask and then spray-painting the canvas black over the top of it (so that the words and image would be rainbow-colored). But, I just didn't know for sure that I'd want to do that, so I cut the design out of black vinyl instead of stencil material to be safe. Once I had applied my design in black, I liked it too much to mess with it...added bonus - my canvas was finished a lot quicker than expected!
Any ideas for how you'll be using this week's free shape?
