The mailbox, envelopes, and sentiment are all from Lawn Fawn's "You've Got Mail" set and were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored in with Copics.  The polka dot stripes, from the "Nautical Borders" set by Simon Says Stamp, were stamped in Memento Luxe inks (Rhubarb Stalk and Nautical Blue) and coated with clear embossing powder.
I cut the arrow shape for the sentiment by hand and then inked it with Fired Brick Distress Ink because it just seemed to get lost on the card when it was all white.  Then, I just rounded the one boring corner with  my corner chomper to finish off the card.
I'm not sure if I like this card even better than my original bloghop submission, but I think it definitely pays to step away from a project sometimes and come back later to fit the pieces together better.  Thanks for taking a look and I'd love to hear any comments you may have!
I am also entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge found here.

I really like this card! That's another stamp set I need, because I'm always sending mail to my two sons who live away from home.
ReplyDeleteFabulous card Annie, I love all the dots.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge
